This is the on-line registration system for the COSTA DEL SOL GRAN FONDO my registration. From here you can easily register for the race.
Read the procedure carefully and follow the payment instructions.
Once the registration has been formalised, the refund will only be 50% of the amount paid up to 30 days before the race, after this date no refund will be processed without cancellation insurance.Registration Refund
With cancellation insurance, only applications sent up to 15 days before the date of the event will be accepted.
All refunds shall be made within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the application.
Once the application for withdrawal has been made, the place becomes available to the Organisation, which will give it to the candidate at the top of the waiting list at that time.
The organisation offers a Cancellation Insurance in which 100% of the basic registration fee will be refunded to all runners who have contracted this service. The additional services contracted will not be refunded, and the participant will be able to receive the purchased products assuming the shipping costs.
Refunds will only be made up to 15 days before the start of the event. No refunds will be made after this date.
PRIZE INSURANCE: 10€
The organisation offers the possibility to change the name of the bib/chip under the following conditions:
In case of a waiting list, a name change will NOT be possible.
The deadline to make the change is 15 days before the event.
Once the runner has communicated the name change request at costadelsolgranfondo@terraincognita.group, he/she will have 7 days to fill in the form sent by the organisation.
PRIZE: 5€

All registrations for the Costa del Sol Gran Fondo will be made exclusively online through the web portal.
Registrations will be direct and participants will appear on the list of participants once payment has been correctly made.
